I offer sessions by phone and Skype. I am no longer offering in-person sessions at this time. Sessions typically are 1 hour but can run longer. Sessions are charged by the hour, not by the session.
CLIENT INTAKE FORM You can download the client intake form by clicking on the link below. You will need to fill it out then send it back to me before your scheduled session. Please make sure that you fill out the Client Intake form to the best of your ability. The back page must include your signature (you may print it on your computer). Please note that I will not do a session without a completed form. If you have any questions please email or call me before your scheduled session.

FOR YOUR SESSION Skype and telephone sessions are $100 an hour. Payments are via PayPal only. Please email me to discuss and set up your session before you pay for your session. Please do not send payment before we’ve set up your session. Payment must be made prior to your session.
